Exchanging
The customer can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving the order. After approval of the return request, the customer then has 14 days to send the product back to our warehouse in Asia. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, in which case we will reimburse the return costs. In the case of an exchange, we will send the exchanged item(s) free of charge. The customer will be notified once the new item is dispatched. The package will be sent to the address provided with the original order. Once your return or exchange package is received, it takes a maximum of 3 days to process it.
Exchanging is quick and easy through the following steps:
Step 1: Request your exchange using our contact form.
Step 2: Open your email and click on the link to view your return instructions.
Step 3: Hand over the package to the carrier.
Include the packing slip in the box along with the items you are returning and hand over the package.
If you want to exchange more quickly, we advise placing a new order and returning the original order for a refund.
